About Us

Check Imaging and Your Image Statement

  • The Farmers & Merchants Bank has invested in the latest computer equipment that allows us to capture an electronic image of all checks written and items deposited into your account.
  • The digital image becomes a permanent document replacing microfilm, and can be reproduced at any time and in various sizes.
  • Each month when your statement is prepared, your images are gathered, matched to transaction information, organized by check number and printed on statement paper.
  • Every checking customer receives a free 3-ring binder in which to conveniently store each months statement and images.
